15,000 Applications to “Volunteer DOST” Program in First 5 Months, 604 Participants Engaged

During the first five months of the current year, the “Volunteer DOST” program received 15,000 applications, and 604 individuals were engaged in the initiative.

This program, which plays a significant role in expanding the volunteer movement in Azerbaijan, operates several sub-programs including “Young DOST,” “Silver DOST” (for the elderly), “Remote DOST,” “Corporate DOST,” and “Inclusive DOST.”

Volunteers assist at DOST centers by welcoming citizens, directing them to service windows, managing citizen flow and queues, providing information, supporting the use of e-systems, and more.

They contribute to delivering state social services through the “single window” system based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.

The program supports participants in gaining experience in public service, developing professional skills, and taking their first successful steps toward personal development and career growth.
