436,000 Citizens Served at DOST Centers

Social Indicators for the First Half of the Year

In the first half of this year, DOST centers provided services to 436,000 citizens.

Since May 2019, seven DOST centers have been established across the country, along with a “Smart DOST” service point in the village of Aghali in Zangilan, and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha.

The DOST concept, which has received high recognition internationally, ensures that state social services are delivered through a “single-window” system using modern, efficient, and transparent mechanisms designed to maximize citizen satisfaction.

Citizen satisfaction with DOST services currently stands at 98.5%.
