739,000 citizens were served at the DOST centers during the January–October period

Social indicators of the 10-month period

In January–October 2025, DOST centers provided services to 739,000 citizens.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been launched in our country, along with the “Smart DOST” service point in the village of Aghali in Zangilan, the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, and the Kalbajar DOST service point.

Based on the DOST model, which is highly recognized internationally, state social services are delivered through a “one-stop shop” using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms that ensure citizen satisfaction.

Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.6%.
