Tender clearance certificates are now available through DOST centers

The issuance of the Certificate on Administrative Fines, required for employers participating in public procurement procedures, is now available through DOST centers.

Issued in accordance with the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the certificate provides information on administrative fines imposed during the past year for employing workers without a legally effective employment contract. Employers can obtain the certificate either on the day of application at any DOST center or fully online via the "Certificates for Employers" section of the AMAS platform.

This new service is designed to speed up the preparation of tender documentation, reduce time spent on administrative procedures, and simplify the application process.
