Social Indicators of the First 4 Months.

During the period of January–April of the current year, 300,000 citizens were served at DOST centers.
Since May 2019, seven DOST centers have been established in the country, along with a “Smart DOST” service point in Agali village of Zangilan and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha.
The DOST concept, which has also received high recognition internationally, enables state social services to be delivered through a “one-stop-shop” model using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms aligned with citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.5%.
