Baku DOST Center No.1

On May 9, 2019 Baku DOST Center No.1 was opened with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President, Mehriban Aliyeva.

Approximate number of citizens admitted per day: 400-450 people

The Center provides 160 services to 115–120 thousand citizens annually through a “one-stop shop” system. These services cover employment, pensions, social benefits and grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor relations, as well as social and legal, social and household, and social and pedagogical services. The Center has up to 50 volunteers under the “DOST Volunteer” program.

Baku DOST Center No.2

On December 24, 2019, the opening ceremony of the 2nd Baku DOST Center took place with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Approximate number of citizens admitted per day: 200-250 people

The Center provides 160 services to 65–70 thousand citizens annually through a “one-stop shop” system. These services cover employment, pensions, social benefits and grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor relations, as well as social and legal, social and household, and social and pedagogical services. The Center has up to 40 volunteers under the “DOST Volunteer” program.

Baku DOST Center No.3

On May 19, 2020, the opening of Baku DOST Center No. 3 took place with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Approximate number of citizens admitted per day: 750-800 people

The Center provides 160 services to 195–200 thousand citizens annually through a “one-stop shop” system. These services cover employment, pensions, social benefits and grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor relations, as well as social and legal, social and household, and social and pedagogical services. The Center has up to 50 volunteers under the “DOST Volunteer” program.

Baku DOST Center No.4

On March 30, 2021, the opening of Baku DOST Center No. 4 took place with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Approximate number of citizens admitted per day: 500-600 people

The Center provides 160 services to 125-130 thousand citizens annually through a “one-stop shop” system, including employment, pensions, social benefits and grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor relations, as well as social and legal, social and household, and social and pedagogical services, and has up to 50 volunteers under the “DOST Volunteer” program.

The “ART School” (Inclusive Art School), operating in the building of the Baku DOST Center, No. 4 trains an average of 150–200 people with disabilities annually.

Baku DOST Center No. 5

On December 28, 2022, the opening of Baku DOST Center No. 5 took place with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Approximate number of citizens admitted per day: 200-300 people

The Center provides 160 services to 45-50 thousand citizens annually through a “one-stop shop” system, including employment, pensions, social benefits and grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor relations, as well as social and legal, social and household, and social and pedagogical services, and has up to 50 volunteers under the “DOST Volunteer” program.For the first time, citizens can benefit from mediation services at Baku DOST Center No. 5. A training center for employees, training rooms of the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center, and a modern library were also established here.

Absheron DOST Center

On July 14, 2021, the Absheron DOST Center was opened with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

The Center provides 160 services to 95-100 thousand citizens annually through a “one-stop shop” system, including employment, pensions, social benefits and grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor relations, as well as social and legal, social and household, and social and pedagogical services, and has up to 50 volunteers under the “DOST Volunteer” program.

Karabakh Regional DOST Center

On August 7, 2023, the opening of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center took place with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

The Center provides 160 services to 95-100 thousand citizens annually through a “one-stop shop” system, including employment, pensions, social benefits and grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor relations, as well as social and legal, social and household, and social and pedagogical services, and has up to 50 volunteers under the “DOST Volunteer” program.

In addition, the Karabakh Vocational Training Center operates under the Karabakh Regional DOST Center. The Karabakh Vocational Training Center includes 7 workshops, 8 classrooms and training rooms, as well as the " Vocational Guidance and Career Center ", administrative and technical rooms and employs about 20 people.
