The ISO 9001 standard is an international management system for quality management. Here, as the name suggests, we are talking about the establishment of a quality management system in enterprises. In this direction, weak and strong points, goals and operational strategic goals of the Agency were determined, based on which the Quality policy was drawn up. During the implementation process, risks and threats were controlled, assessment criteria for service improvement were determined, and monitoring processes were organized based on this.
The main focus of the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management System standard is the customer, i.e. the citizen, and it is an activity aimed at increasing the level of satisfaction of citizens. In accordance with the requirements of the standard, the reception, investigation and consideration of general complaints have been systematized and a number of procedures have been drawn up and implemented in the direction of complaints management.
The ISO 26000 Social Responsibility standard is based on the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Ethical behavior, Respect for the interests of stakeholders, Prevention of conflicts of interest, Respect for the rule of law, Respect for international norms of conduct, Respect for human rights, Respect for the characteristics of regions, and Improvement of the corporate governance system, and these principles are implemented in the Agency. each of them was applied separately.
ISO 37001 Anti-bribery management system is a standard developed on the basis of mechanisms used in international legal normative acts in international practice. In this direction, methods, procedures and rules for combating corruption have been determined in the DOST Agency, and social responsibility has been increased in this regard.
