The first conference of the “Caspian Volunteering School” and the final stage of the “Good Meridians” Competition was organized by the Russian North-South Politology Center in Baku.
About 25 finalists from Caspian shore countries were judged by the international jury in the competition. The “DOSTTALKS” project of the DOST agency representing Azerbaijan was selected as the “Project of the Year” and took the first place. Accordingly, Kazakhstan was ranked second in the “Sputnik” project, and “Tom Sawyer Fest” from Russia took the third place.
