New vocational training centers are being established in the regions

This year, the expansion of the network of vocational training centers across the regions of the country will be continued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population in more three districts.

Thus, according to the ministry's plan for 2020, it is intended to establish vocational training centers in Barda, Guba and Sheki regions.

The purpose is the formation of vocational training infrastructure in accordance with modern requirements for unemployed and jobseekers in these regions, improving the quality of services in this area and access to relevant people in these regions.

Within the expansion of the vocational training network across the regions, the Ministry launched Vocational Training Center in Ganja last year. During this year, it is planned to organize vocational training of 900 people in Ganja and surrounding regions.

Note that, up to 3,200 unemployed and jobseekers were involved in vocational training by the State Employment Service subordinated to the Ministry in the last year. It is planned to reach this figure to 5 thousand.
