More than 110,000 responses were received through the central coordination units

The total number of appeals answered through the central coordination units exceeded 110,000. The units provided services to 28,712 people, including members of martyrs' families, war-wounded servicemen and war invalids. The Call Center 142 responded to 83,632 citizens' appeals on issues related to the central coordination units.

96,514 appeals to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, 12,439 to the Ministry of Defense, 757 to the Ministry of Health and the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, 619 to the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, 1,437 to the State Insurance Commercial Company, and 578 was associated to the local executive authorities.

At present, there are regional central coordination units in DOST centers in Baku and Absheron region, as well as in Ganja city, Masalli and Ujar districts, and these centers provide services in 26 directions by 39 organizations (6 central and 33 local executive bodies).

These services include services in the field of labor, employment, social protection, medical and social expertise, rehabilitation, treatment, examination, as well as other areas. At present, work is underway to open unified coordination centers in other regions of the country.

It should be noted that the purpose of establishing the Central Coordination Units established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated June 25, 2021 is to prevent additional costs and loss of time, increase the level of services provided to them, ensure accessibility and convenience of services, as well as strengthen the fight against corruption. .
