After this, the victims of domestic violence will also be given preference for involvement in self-employment program.

The relevant works are being conducted to provide those people with the legal-psychological support that they need. The help desks for citizens of this category are established within the social service projects implemented with the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.

Subsequently, the preference will also be given to the victims of domestic violence, along with people with disabilities, internally displaced people, families receiving targeted social assistance, members of the martyr's family and other vulnerable groups. They will be supported to build their own small businesses by involving in the program.

As a result, this aims elimination of economic dependence of the above mentioned people from any person, creation opportunities for independent self-sufficiency.

Note that, 6400 (61.8 %) of 10,352 citizens involved in the self-employment program in 2019 are people from vulnerable categories.
