Moldova is preparing to implement the DOST model

Work is underway to apply the DOST model in the Republic of Moldova. This was announced at a meeting with a delegation led by the Director General of the National Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Moldova, Elena Tsibirna, at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev said that relations between the two countries, based on friendly relations, are constantly developing through the efforts of the heads of state of Azerbaijan and Moldova.

Over the past period, it was noted that the experience of active cooperation with Moldova in the social sphere has been formed. The importance of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation signed last year between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Moldova was emphasized.

It was reported that within the framework of the Action Plan for 2023-2024 signed between the two ministries, consistent work is being carried out in areas of cooperation. Information was presented on the reforms carried out in recent years in the field of labor, employment and social protection in our country, the DOST concept, as well as the progress achieved in the direction of automation of services.

The Moldovan delegation, which has been visiting our country since November 13, held meetings at the DOST Agency and other institutions, got acquainted with the activities of DOST centers and the process of providing services to the population in these centers.
