Women with many children who have given birth to five or more children and raised them until the age of eight and have at least 10 years of insurance experience are entitled to an age pension with a one-year reduction in the age limit for each child.
Mothers with children with disabilities who have brought up a child with disabilities up to the age of eight and have at least 10 years of insurance experience are entitled to an old-age pension with a reduction of the age limit to 5 years.
Fathers who have raised 5 or more children without remarriage due to the death of the mother or because the mother was deprived of parental rights, or fathers who have adopted 5 or more children and raised them alone until the age of eight, as well as Guardian men raising more than eight children have the right to age pension with a reduction of the age limit by 5 years under the conditions in accordance with Article 7 of this Law if they have at least 10 years of insurance experience.
Age pension on preferential terms:
Regardless of the last place of work, the insured working in underground works, special fields of art, as well as in particularly harmful and difficult working conditions (list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on January 23, 2007, No. 12): men - at 60 years old, if they have at least 25 years of insurance experience and at least 12 years and 6 months of this period in those jobs, women - at the age of 55, at least 20 years of insurance experience and at least 10 years of this period in those jobs and pension capital registered in the insurance part of the individual account has the right to age pension on preferential terms for working conditions.
