According to the decision of the tender commission, "SOFTGILE" LLC was declared the winner in the open tender procedure held by the Sustainable and Operative Social Provision Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the purchase of licenses for the JIRA system for the IT services provided at the DOST Digital Innovation Center.

A relevant procurement contract was signed with the winning organization.
