Between January and November, DOST centers served 850,000 citizens

Social Indicators for 11 Months

In the period from January to November of this year, 850,000 citizens were served at DOST centers.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been opened in our country. At these centers, 160 social services are provided through a "single window" system, with modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, ensuring citizen satisfaction.

The citizen satisfaction rate with DOST services stands at 98.4%.
