A new record registered at DOST centers

A record number of citizens have applied to DOST centers. On February 3, a total of 6,480 citizens visited the centers. This figure is the highest ever recorded at DOST centers.

Throughout the day, 819 citizens visited the 1st Baku DOST Center, 783 citizens visited the 2nd Baku DOST Center, 1,682 citizens visited the 3rd Baku DOST Center, 1,087 citizens visited the 4th Baku DOST Center, 447 citizens visited the 5th Baku DOST Center, 909 citizens visited the Absheron DOST Center, 639 citizens visited the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, 102 citizens visited the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection's reception department, and 12 citizens visited the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center.

The applications were primarily related to pensions (16.91%), social allowances (23.70%), employment (21.14%), disability (4.83%), social services (2.61%), the unified coordination center (1.15%), labor relations (1.40%), and auxiliary services (28.58%).

It is noteworthy that there are currently 7 DOST centers in the country, as well as a Smart DOST station in Agali village of Zangilan district and the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center. To date, over 3.3 million citizens have been served at these centers. The satisfaction level of citizens with DOST services is 98.5%. The “DOST” Call Center has answered more than 6.9 million calls, with a satisfaction rate of 93.6%.
