The DOST Agency is represented at the international conference

The DOST Agency is represented at the International Social Security Association (ISSA) conference on Social Security Management and Innovation (Management 2025) held in Cairo, Egypt.

The event, organized by Egypt's National Social Insurance Organization and ISSA, is focused on the theme "Transformation through People, Innovation, and Leadership."

Over 400 representatives from various countries are participating in the conference. The delegations include leaders from both the public and private sectors in social security, IT managers, experts, and more.

The goal of the event is to exchange experiences in areas such as ensuring sustainable services, implementing innovations, renewing human resources, improving services, and expanding cooperation.

The DOST Agency is represented by Seymur Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Board, and Elmira Hasanova, a representative of the DOST Digital Innovations Center.

Seymur Aliyev is a panelist at the conference's plenary session on "Innovation Management: Strengthening Collaboration Leadership for Innovation," a speaker on "Innovation Management and Related Topics," and a presenter in the Innovative Zone on "Ensuring Web Accessibility for People with Disabilities and Other Vulnerable Groups in Azerbaijan."

Elmira Hasanova is a speaker at a parallel session on "Improving Service Quality by Enhancing User Convenience."

It should be noted that the ISSA, which brings together social protection and social security organizations from all regions of the world on a single platform, organizes international exchanges of experiences on the challenges, solutions, successes, and shortcomings faced by the social sector to create and promote the most dynamic social insurance systems.
