Next year, the number of e-services on labor and social protection will reach 100, and the number of proactive services will reach 51

In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the main priority is to establish labor, employment and social protection services in a fully transparent, efficient and accessible to the public. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection currently has 53 e-services, 26 of which are proactive, and as a result of rapid work, this figure will reach 100 next year. This means that more than 76% of the institution's 132 services are electronic.

This was stated by Minister of Labor and Social Protection Sahil Babayev at a board meeting. He noted that through 26 proactive services, 65,000 people have been granted pensions, benefits and pensions this year. Also, 145,000 insured were registered by e-mail this year. Thus, the Ministry has provided proactive services to 210,000 people this year.

The Minister said that 22 e-services have been prepared, 7 will be launched by the end of the year, and 25 proactive services are being worked on. He stressed that the created e-systems also allowed to achieve full transparency.
