26,154 citizens were served in DOST centers in August. Of the appeals, 19,232 were related to social protection, 4,636 to benefits, 1,759 to social services, 1,254 to disability and 977 of them were related to the issuance of certificates on the activities of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.. During this period, the Centers responded to 2921 inquiries via e-mail addresses on benefits, pensions and employment. The number of citizens provided with social services is 1759.
Also, 42,156 out of 43,325 calls received by the Call Center 142 were answered during the last month.
In August, the level of satisfaction of citizens with the services of DOST centers was 96.75%.
