The 200,000th citizen's appeal to DOST centers was registered

In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the organization of services to the population at a high level in accordance with the citizen's satisfaction is the main principle of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

DOST centers, which continue to provide services in electronic form even during the restrictions created by the pandemic, have been re-accepting citizens in recent months. These days, when our glorious Army is fighting for the liberation of our lands from occupation and has achieved brilliant victories, DOST centers have strengthened their activities in accordance with the spirit of victory of our people.

Today, the 200,000th citizen's appeal to the DOST centers has already been registered.

Jamila Safarova, a resident of the capital's Sabail district, appealed to the Baku DOST Center No. 1 to restore her disability. Appropriate measures were taken in accordance with the appeal and the citizen expressed satisfaction with the service.

Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Farid Mammadov presented a letter of appreciation to the 200,000th citizen using the services.

Since May 2019, 3 DOST centers have been established in Baku and 8 districts of the capital (Yasamal, Sabail, Garadagh, Khazar, Pirallahi, Nizami, Sabunchu, Surakhani) are covered by DOST services. The level of satisfaction of citizens with these services is 96 percent.

It is planned to open new DOST centers in Baku and in the regions of the republic in the coming period.
