DOST Agency was awarded ISO certificates in 4 areas

The Agency for Sustainable and Operational Social Provision (DOST) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has been awarded ISO certificates in 4 areas by the LRQA certification organization.

The Agency has successfully passed all stages of ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 10002: 2018 (Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management), ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility) and ISO 37001: 2016 (Anti-Corruption Management System).

Speaking at the event, Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, said that the application of ISO standards will further improve the work of DOST Agency and DOST Centers. Making a presentation on the activities of DOST centers, Mammadov briefed on the work done so far in the Agency and future projects.

At the event, Burak Can, Regional Manager of the British LRQA, a representative from Turkey and Eastern Europe, said that the audit did not reveal any discrepancies in the activities of the Agency in these four areas and therefore was awarded international certificates.

Asif Ibrahimov, director of Bureau De Qualite LLC, an advisory service in the field of international management standards, said that the application of ISO standards in enterprises and organizations is important to improve the quality of service.

It was noted that all staff of the Agency was involved in the preparation for the process and the application of standards. In this regard, a working group of 49 people was established and the standards were introduced in the Agency as an Integrated Management System (IMS). During the application of IMS, the current situation of the Agency was assessed, its strengths and weaknesses were analyzed. Then all the processes of the Agency were adapted to the requirements of IMS.

Following the completion of the application of international standards, the assessment of compliance with these standards was carried out by the LRQA.

At the end of the event, B.Can presented F.Mammadov ISO international certificates in 4 areas. The certificates issued to DOST Agency are certified by the stamp of the world's most famous UKAS accreditation.
