The 10th meeting of the Joint Standing Committee on cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Turkey has ended in Istanbul.
After the meeting, on behalf of the governments of Azerbaijan and Turkey, ministers Sahil Babayev and Vedat Bilgin signed an additional procedural Agreement on amendments to the procedural agreement of May 6, 2004 on the implementation of the agreement on cooperation in social protection between the governments of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
A protocol was also signed on the results of the 10th meeting of the Joint Standing Committee in Istanbul.
According to the results of the discussions held at the meeting, the future cooperation between the two ministries in the fields of labor, employment, social protection and rehabilitation, as well as active exchange of experience will be carried out.
After the signing, S.Babayev and V.Bilgin held a briefing. It was noted that bilateral friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey were successfully developing in all spheres, and relations in the fields of labor, employment and social protection were expanding.
