This year, institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population were awarded 11 international awards

World Social Security Forum: The social reforms carried out in Azerbaijan in recent years are recognized as leading world practices at the international level

The World Social Security Forum held in Morocco confirmed that the social reforms carried out in Azerbaijan in recent years, based on the wide application of innovative solutions and modern approaches, are in the interest of international organizations and that these reforms are already recognized as advanced world practices at the international level.

At the forum, the International Social Security Association awarded two institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population - the State Social Protection Fund for the criteria of "Good management" and "Quality of Service" and the DOST Agency for the criterion of "Service Quality" with a total of three Certificates of Excellence.

Also, SSPF and DOST Agency were the first institutions of our country to pass the Recognition Program of BSTA and successfully complete the program.

These achievements are a continuation of the consecutive international successes achieved by the ministry during 2022. This year alone, the institutions of the ministry won 11 international awards, including:

State Social Protection Fund:
- "2022 International State Organization" (Great Britain) supreme award
- International Social Security Association award and 2 Certificates of Excellence
- Award of the International Association of Pension and Social Funds

DOST Agency:
- "European Social Services Award" of the European Social Network
- 3 awards and Certificate of Excellence of the International Social Security Association,
- Award of the International Association of Pension and Social Funds.

These awards are based on the social reforms carried out in our country, effective management, adaptation of the quality of services to international requirements, proactive services aimed at citizen satisfaction, and the application of flexible and transparent digital mechanisms.

Also, 12 international ISO certificates were presented to the institutions of the Ministry in 2021-2022.

International organizations are interested in the expansion of such advanced practices in other countries. During the forum, it was emphasized that ISSA will involve the institution in international level webinars, seminars and conferences in order to apply Azerbaijan's DOST experience to other countries through the organization's platform.
