The delegation of İŞKUR visited DOST Agency

The delegation led by Samet Günesh, the deputy director of the General Administration of the Turkish Labor Organization (İŞKUR), visited the DOST Agency. First, the guests were given general information about the DOST model, the working principle of the centers was explained.

Later, at the general meeting, Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, made a broad presentation about the concept of DOST. He said that the main goal of the institution he leads is to ensure citizen satisfaction in the field of social security and employment. The high evaluation of the activities of DOST, which has become a brand in the social field in a short period of time, was brought to the attention of the guests by a number of prestigious international organizations.

There was also a broad exchange of views on global trends in the field of employment, social protection and security services, the possibilities of blockchain technologies influencing these trends, the processes of implementation of services provided to citizens in the Agency, including employment services, human resources management and volunteering programs, guests' questions answered.

It should be noted that İŞKUR operates under the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security (Labour and Social Security Ministry). The main purpose of the organization's activity is to provide employment, support activities in the direction of unemployment prevention, and provide unemployment insurance services. The meeting was organized by the State Employment Agency.
