The final event of the "Learn, believe, benefit" project, organized by the "EkoSfera" Social Public Union, was held with the support of the "Regional Development" Public Union (RDPU), the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance.

Within the framework of the project, volunteers from Bina, Turkan, Zira, Shuvelan settlements of Khazar region were involved in training. The purpose of the training was to support the education work on legislation in the field of medicine and social protection.

At the event held at the Baku DOST Center No. 1, Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, said that the institution he leads constantly supports the educational work in the field of social protection. He noted that employees of the DOST Agency also actively participated as trainers in the trainings held within the framework of the project.

Soltan Mammadov, a MP, noted that the "Learn, believe, benefit" project is of great importance in terms of educating citizens in the field of legislation related to social protection of the population and compulsory health insurance.

Afgan Aliyev, a specialist of "Regional Development" Public Union, noted that "Regional Development" Public Union constantly supports social projects that include the development of civil society, sustainable development, and thanked the partner institutions for their contributions during the project.

At the event, the head of "EkoSfera" Socio-Ecological Center, Firuza Sultan-zade, drew attention to the role of the "Learn, believe, benefit" project in educating vulnerable groups of the population about the rights and duties in the social and medical fields.

A presentation and a video about the six-month long project were shown. Department head of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, Aynura Ahmadova, noted the importance of the trainings for young people and emphasized that they are always open to future cooperation.

Azer Malikov, a volunteer of the "Learn, believe, benefit" project, expressed his gratitude to the organizers on behalf of all the volunteers for the knowledge they gained in the medical and social fields and for the organization of teamwork at a high level.

At the end, the specialists who participated in the project as trainers were given letters of thanks, and certificates were presented to the volunteers who participated in the trainings.
