Farms created for war participants on the basis of the self-employment program were inspected in Kurdamir

The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev together with the head of Kurdamir District Executive Power Elkhan Ibrahimov inspected the farms created on the basis of the self-employment program for war participants in Kurdamir District.

Participant of the Patriotic War, Röyal Movlayev established his own small business by providing men's barber shop equipment within the framework of the self-employment program. Another participant of the war, Imran Salimov, created a small business on furniture banding with the support of the "Employment Support Project" implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population with the financial support of the World Bank.

Both participants of the war expressed their satisfaction with the provided social support and expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for being surrounded by care. They emphasized that they are trying to develop their small businesses by using the given assets properly.

After the 44-day Patriotic War, 17.4 thousand people from those categories were involved in active employment programs, including 9.8 thousand people in the self-employment program, within the framework of the social support program for members of the families of martyrs and war participants.
