Future directions of Azerbaijan-Romania relations were discussed, new cooperation documents were signed

The delegation led by the co-chairman of the Joint Commission on Trade-Economic Relations and Scientific-Technical Cooperation between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Romania, Sahil Babayev, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population had a meeting with the delegation led by the Minister of Labor and Social Solidarity of Romania, Marius-Constantin Budai.

At the meeting, it was stated that there is a strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Romania based on friendly relations, and the relations between our countries, which are expanding year by year, also include the social sphere.

The importance of mutual visits and meetings held in the past period, especially the Action Plan signed in November of last year, which defines measures for cooperation between the two countries in the field of labor and social protection, was emphasized in the expansion of social cooperation.

It was pointed out that the Intergovernmental Commission is an important platform for the development of bilateral cooperation in the fields of labor and social protection.
