A training was conducted for DOST Call Center 142 employees on the topic:“Development of leadership qualities.” At the training, conducted by Deputy Director of Call Center 142 Fariz Hajizade and a specialist in the socio-psychological service of DOST Baku Center No. 4 Matanat Aliyeva, the principles of improving team management skills were revealed, and as a result, the principles of achieving increased efficiency were discussed.

The training also covered developing leadership skills, teamwork methods, increasing efficiency, developing emotional intelligence, proper use of resources, etc.

Finally, discussions were held with the participants, and their questions were answered.

It should be noted that the DOST Agency regularly conducts various trainings. The goal is to meet the training needs of employees and improve their knowledge and skills.
