In January, DOST centers provided services to 66 000 citizens

In January of this year, DOST centers served 66 000 citizens.

The Karabakh Regional DOST Center, which was opened in Barda with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev on August 7 last year, is the next step in expanding the network of DOST centers. Thus, the number of DOST centers has reached 7.

Based on the DOST concept initiated by First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, 159 social services are provided from a “single window”, using modern, flexible, transparent mechanisms based on citizen satisfaction.

Over the past period, more than 2 million citizens have been served at DOST centers, and citizen satisfaction with these services is 98.1 percent.

In January, “DOST Call Center 142” responded to 142 thousand citizen calls. The number of participants in the “DOST Volunteer” program continues to increase. Last month, the program received 1,178 applications and 125 more people were recruited as DOST volunteers.
