About the conference

For the first time in Azerbaijan, on the initiative of the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision (DOST Agency), an international conference - “DOST 2023: A Single Platform for Providing Flexible, Innovative and Sustainable Services” - dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Agency, as well as to the 100th anniversary of the national leader of Azerbaijan, former President Heydar Aliyev, will be held to exchange the experience gained over the years of activity of the Agency, and the uniqueness of the DOST model. The conference will take place in Baku city on 7-8 September 2023.

The conference will bring together local and international experts to assess prospects for rapid growth in social services and identify future development opportunities through the application of innovative approaches and modern technologies.

The event will continue with presentations on various topics, panel discussions and speeches of local and international experts and will consist of two plenary and three parallel sessions.

The purpose of the conference

Formulate global goals, define trends, and bring together existing practices on a single platform;

Increase the level of recognition of the DOST concept on a local and international level;

Benefit from positive and negative experiences;

Highlight/celebrate successful projects and activities of the DOST Agency

Inform the public about DOST services

No, participation is free.

The conference will last 2 days

The target group of the conference includes people working in various state institutions, private sector organizations, international organizations, and diplomatic missions, as well as those studying and working in higher education institutions.

A total of 200 people are expected to participate in the conference.

Since the number of participants in the conference is limited, an invitation will be sent by e-mail to those who have successfully passed the selection procedure after filling out the registration forum. Only those who confirm the invitation sent by e-mail will be eligible to participate.

It is important to have an identity document.
