Social benefits are monthly or lump-sum payments for the purpose of providing social assistance to certain categories of persons in accordance with the legislation.
Persons with limited working abilities - persons with disabilities, including children with disabilities under 18 years of age, persons who have reached the age limit specified in Articles 7 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Labor Pensions”, persons under 18 years of age (full-time) children who have completed their education, but not more than 23 years of age) or children with disabilities over 18 years of age with limited health capabilities before the age of 18.
