What functional auxiliary services are available?

Banking Services

• Providing information related to bank accounts for social payments.
• Issuance of payment cards for social payments.

Legal Services

• Providing verbal and written advice, explanations, and references on legal matters.
• Providing legal assistance in filing claims with the courts.
• Drafting applications, complaints, and other legal documents.
• Providing other types of legal assistance upon citizens' requests.

Notary Services

• Services related to the translation of all types of documents into the state language or from the state language into another language.
• Organization of notary services.

Organization of mediation services

• Applications for mediation services related to workplace or employment disputes are accepted at all “DOST” centers.
• A special Mediation Space, consisting of dedicated rooms for conducting mediation sessions with a mediator, is established at Baku DOST Center No. 5.

"ƏN TEZ" Service

The Emergency Electronic Call service  of the Ministry of Justice (“ƏN TEZ”) is currently available at Baku “DOST” centers Nos. 1 and 3.

Through this service, citizens can access:

• Notary services;
• Civil status registration;
• Submission of applications to the courts on family matters;
• Enforcement of certain court decisions as a claimant.

The “ƏN TEZ” system operates on a smart concept and includes biometric identification. Therefore, there is no need for the applicant to be registered on any portal or to possess an electronic signature.
