Provision of graduates of state children's institutions deprived of parental care with housing in the ‘‘Graduate House’’ social institution

“Graduate House” social service institution for graduates of state children's institutions deprived of parental care, under the Agency for Social Services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The purpose of the enterprise

The institution was established to accommodate graduates of state children's institutions who are deprived of parental care and have no place to live.

 

Admission to the enterprise

Graduates of state children's institutions who are deprived of parental care and do not have a place of residence are admitted to the institution, taking into account their personal wishes.

Admission is carried out based on the list provided by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the end of each academic year, which includes homeless graduates of state children's institutions deprived of parental care.

 

A graduate is denied housing in the following cases:

Certificate issued by the state children's institution (information on leaving the state children's institution and loss of parents or loss of parental care, lack of living space)

3

Relevant certificate on the persons registered at the child's place of residence

4

Medical certificate (indicating whether you are a carrier of infectious diseases and mental health status)

 

Providing graduates with housing

When a decision is made to provide a graduate with housing, an agreement is concluded between the state and the graduate for the gratuitous use of the residence without specifying a fixed term.

The contract may be terminated early in the following cases:

 

You have to know:
  • The utility expenses of graduates admitted to the Institution are covered by the Institution for the first 6 ( six) months.
  • If a graduate under the age of 23 is residing in the Institution and enrolled in full-time studies at a public or private higher or secondary specialized educational institution, their utility expenses will continue to be paid by the Institution for the duration of their studies.

Graduates are not permitted to modify, transfer, rent out, or otherwise dispose of the residential space provided to them.
