“Graduate House” Social Institution for graduates of state children's institutions deprived of parental care of the Agency for Social Services under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The institution was established to accommodate graduates of state children's institutions deprived of parental care and without a place to live.
Graduates of state children's institutions deprived of parental care and without a place of residence are admitted to the institution, taking into account their own wishes.
Admission to the institution is based on the list submitted by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan on homeless graduates of state children's institutions deprived of parental care at the end of each academic year.
If the documents mentioned here are not submitted in full;
When the court considers the legal capacity to be limited or incapable;
When called up for active military service before the documents are considered;
When it is a carrier of infectious diseases that pose a danger to others.

When a decision is made to provide a graduate with a place to live, an agreement is concluded between the state and the graduate on the gratuitous use of the place of residence without specifying the period.
The contract is terminated early in the following cases
When the apartment is used in violation of the terms of the contract;

Utility expenses of graduates admitted to the Institution are paid by the Institution within the first 6 (six) months. If a graduate under the age of 23 residing in the institution is studying full-time in public or private higher and secondary special education institutions, the utility expenses of that person shall be paid by the Institution during the period of study. The graduate does not have the right to change, alienate, rent or use the living space used by the graduate. Each apartment in the institution is designed for one graduate. |
