The DOST Agency's Supervisory Board held a meeting

The number of citizen applications for DOST services has exceeded 3 million, and the citizen satisfaction rate for these services is 98.3 percent. Minister of Labor and Social Protection of People and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DOST Agency, Sahil Babayev, announced this at the meeting of the DOST Agency's supervisory board.
He pointed out that the Sustainable and Operative Social Provision Agency (DOST), which was established based on President Ilham Aliyev's Decree of August 9, 2018, already operates 7 DOST centers, 1 DOST branch, and 1 Smart DOST station.

Was emphasized that due to the DOST concept initiated by the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, social services in Azerbaijan are provided in a modern and transparent manner, through a "single window" and on an innovative basis.

There have also been described ongoing updates about new DOST centers and branch offices in the regions, the DOST center network has been announced to expand further.

The DOST model, as an example of Azerbaijan's successful social reform, is highly valued internationally.  There also been noted that in the past DOST Agency has been awarded many international awards and certificates. Many countries are now interested in applying DOST's experience. There's an exchange of experience with those countries.
In the session presented a nine-month report on the Agency's activities for 2024 and discussed the activities, and priorities of DOST centers.
