Efforts to implement Azerbaijan's DOST model in the Republic of Moldova are progressing. In collaboration with the DOST Agency and Moldova's National Social Insurance Fund, various events and visits are being organized, along with meetings of working groups. Recently, a meeting was held to exchange experiences and provide essential support. During the online session, detailed information was shared regarding the "DOST Index" and the establishment of the "Citizen Reception" subsystem, highlighting Azerbaijan's practices. Questions from the Moldovan representatives were addressed.
It's important to mention that support is currently being provided to Moldova for the creation and launch of the first center under the National Social Insurance Fund based on the DOST model. A meeting concerning the operations of the DOST Call Center 142 is also scheduled for the near future.
