From January to October this year, 788 thousand citizens were served at DOST centers.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been opened across the country. At these centers, 160 social services are provided through a "single window" system, with modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, ensuring citizen satisfaction.

The citizen satisfaction rate with DOST services stands at 98.4%.
