The 100,000th citizen's appeal to the DOST centers of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has been registered.
Elmira Balayeva, a resident of Khazar district of the capital, appealed to the Baku DOST Center No. 2. Due to the special quarantine regime in connection with the pandemic in our country, Elmira Balayeva sent her appeal in electronic form.
The citizen's appeal was related to the appointment of labor pension for the loss of the head of the family.
The director of Baku DOST Center No. 2 Seymur Aliyev and other employees of the Agency presented special gifts and a thank you note from the DOST Agency to the 100,000th citizen at his home.
Balayeva thanked for the prompt and transparent service provided to her, despite the special quarantine regime.
It should be noted that today marks the 1st anniversary of the opening of the DOST Agency and its DOST Center No. 1 (Sabail, Yasamal). The level of satisfaction of citizens with the services in DOST centers is 96%.
