In the first 11 months of this year, 1,500 more people joined the volunteer DOST program

From January to November this year, the volunteer DOST program received 42,000 applications, and 1,500 people were enrolled in the program.

The program, which plays an important role in expanding the volunteer movement in Azerbaijan, includes subprograms such as young DOST, silver DOST (for the elderly), distant DOST, corporate DOST, inclusive DOST, DigiDOST, and TeleDOST.

Volunteers assist in DOST centers by welcoming citizens, directing them to service windows, managing citizen flow and queues, providing information, and supporting the use of e-systems.

They contribute to delivering state social services through a “single-window” approach, ensuring citizen satisfaction.

The program helps participants gain experience in citizen service, develop professional skills, personal growth, and take their first successful steps in their career paths.
