The “e-Sosial” Mobile Application Has Been Fully Integrated into “mygov” and Ceased Operations as of Today

As of today, the “e-Sosial” mobile application has ceased operations following its full integration into the “mygov” platform.

As part of the ongoing implementation of the “2026–2028 Action Plan for Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan,” approved by the Presidential Order, the services available in the application have been fully integrated into the “mygov” platform.

Accordingly, citizens’ access to the digital services provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population via mobile devices will henceforth be available exclusively through the “mygov” mobile application.

It should be noted that consolidating socially oriented services within a unified digital ecosystem contributes to the organization of public services based on the “single window” principle, the efficient use of digital resources and optimization of technological infrastructure, as well as the more proactive and effective delivery of services.
