416 thousand citizens served at DOST centers in January–May

Social indicators for the first five months

During the first five months of this year, DOST centers provided services to 416 thousand citizens. The satisfaction rate with the services delivered through DOST centers reached 99.2%.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been established across the country, along with a Smart DOST service point in the village of Aghali in Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli.

Based on the DOST concept, which has also received international recognition, public social services are delivered through a one-stop-shop model using modern, efficient and transparent mechanisms, with a strong focus on citizen satisfaction.
