
Students participating in the Student Acceleration Program implemented by the DOST Agency attended a training session on soft skills development and career building at EY. During the training, participants received detailed information on preparing a professional CV, effectively answering interview questions during the recruitment process, and the subsequent stages of employment.
The event was held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend both in person and online. A tour introducing participants to the working environment was also organized as part of the event.
The interactive training was conducted by EY representative Sevinc Osmanli, who answered participants’ questions regarding the recruitment process and shared practical information and recommendations.
It should be noted that the Student Acceleration Program aims to equip young persons with disabilities with the skills required by the labor market, enhance their employment opportunities and competencies, provide relevant practical experience, and contribute to changing negative attitudes and stereotypes towards disability in society.
