
The DOST Agency held online meetings with the delegations of Tajikistan and Belarus to expand international cooperation and exchange experience in the field of social protection.
During the meeting with the Labour and Employment Agency operating under the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, the parties discussed establishing initial cooperation between the institutions and exchanging information on the labour market and employment.
Seymur Aliyev, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of the DOST Agency, noted that the DOST model is internationally recognized as a best practice. He provided detailed information on the Agency’s operating principles, digital innovations, and citizen-centred service network, emphasizing the Agency’s readiness to share its experience with friendly countries.
Following the strong interest shown by the Tajik side in the DOST model, the next stage of cooperation is expected to include an official visit of the Tajik delegation to Azerbaijan.
The second online meeting was held within the framework of the 2025–2026 Action Plan for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the fields of labour, employment and social protection between the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus. The event, dedicated to the topic “Provision of Services in the Fields of Labour, Employment and Social Protection, Digitalisation and Proactive Service Delivery,” brought together officials and experts from both countries.
Representatives of the DOST Agency and the DOST Digital Innovations Center delivered comprehensive presentations on electronic social services, innovative solutions and proactive service delivery mechanisms, while also exchanging professional experience.
The meeting concluded with a question-and-answer session, during which the participants emphasized the effectiveness of joint efforts in implementing digital solutions in the social sector.
