The next phase of the Student Acceleration Programme has been completed

The next two cohorts of the Student Acceleration Programme (TAP), implemented by the DOST Agency (Agency for Sustainable and Operational Social Provision), have successfully completed the first module of the development programme.

Through the programme, participants enhanced their personal and professional skills by taking part in training sessions, mentoring meetings and development activities organised by local and international partners.

During the module, participants attended hybrid training sessions delivered by experts from the National Observatory for Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, the State Employment Agency, both operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, as well as EY. They also received individual mentoring support from DOST Agency employees.

In addition, specialised sessions based on international best practices and focused on developing digital skills were organised. Networking events were also held to strengthen participants' social integration.

As a result, the participants improved their self-confidence, communication and teamwork skills, as well as their knowledge of career planning. With the support of mentors, they identified their personal development and career goals and developed roadmaps to achieve them.

In the next phase, participants will continue preparing for the labour market through training aimed at enhancing soft skills and technical knowledge, mentoring support and internship opportunities.
