DOST services are now available in Imishli

As part of ongoing efforts to expand the DOST service network across the regions, a new DOST branch has commenced operations in the Imishli district.

Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev and First Deputy Head of the Imishli District Executive Authority Mirza Guliyev visited the branch, where they reviewed the facilities and were briefed on the organisation of services and the workflow.

It was noted that one of the key priorities of the social reforms implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev is to organise social services in line with modern standards and improve their accessibility. In this regard, the DOST model, established on the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, stands out for its citizen-centred approach, transparent operations and innovative management principles, and has also gained international recognition as a successful model.

It was emphasised that the DOST concept delivers public social services in a modern, efficient and transparent manner based on the one-stop-shop principle. The citizen satisfaction rate with services provided under this model currently stands at 98.9%.

Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency Farid Mammadov stated that the branch, staffed by nine employees, is expected to serve approximately 100 citizens per day.

The branch, located at 8A A. Shadlinski Street, Imishli, operates in a two-storey administrative building designed in line with modern architectural standards. The building has a total area of 698.1 square metres.

Anar Aliyev stressed the importance of maintaining a high quality of services, ensuring the prompt consideration of citizens' applications and sustaining a high level of citizen satisfaction, and gave relevant instructions and recommendations.

With the opening of the Imishli branch, the DOST network now comprises 7 DOST Centres, 4 DOST branches and 3 DOST service points across the country.
