590,000 citizens served at DOST centers from January to July

In the first seven months of this year, 590,000 citizens were served at DOST centers. The satisfaction rate with the DOST services provided was 99.2%.

Since May 2019, 8 DOST centers (Baku, Absheron, Barda, Nakhchivan), 4 DOST Citizens’ Reception Offices (Shusha, Tartar, Neftchala, Imishli), and 3 DOST service points (Zangilan, Kalbajar, Fuzuli) have been opened across the country. 

Based on the DOST concept, which has also received high international recognition, 164 types of government social services are provided through a “one-stop shop”, using modern, efficient and transparent mechanisms designed around citizen satisfaction.
