Social payment card services available at Nakhchivan Regional DOST Center

Citizens can access all services provided by DOST centers at the Nakhchivan Regional DOST Center.

Banking windows operating at the center provide services for issuing bank cards for receiving pensions, benefits, scholarships, targeted state social assistance, unemployment insurance payments, as well as monthly scholarship payments for individuals enrolled in vocational courses. Services are also available for renewing cards that have expired, been lost, or damaged.

These services allow citizens to complete all necessary procedures in one place without having to visit a bank branch, saving time and avoiding unnecessary delays.
