Delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Visits DOST Center

A delegation from the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, visiting Azerbaijan, visited the DOST Agency.

The guests first visited Baku DOST Center No. 1, where they learned about the services provided to the public and the facilities available. They were briefed on the advantages of the DOST concept and the innovative developments it has introduced to the field of public social services.

A meeting was then held with Aygun Musayeva, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of the DOST Agency. She briefed the guests on the reforms carried out in Azerbaijan in recent years in the areas of labor, employment, and social protection, as well as on the DOST concept. It was noted that 164 types of services in the social sector are provided at DOST centers based on the “one-stop shop” principle.

Presentations on DOST services and Azerbaijan’s digital achievements in the social sector were delivered for the delegation.

The meeting included an exchange of views on bilateral cooperation.
