672,000 Citizens served at DOST Centers in January-August

During the first eight months of this year, 672,000 citizens were served at DOST centers. The satisfaction rate with the DOST services provided was 99.2%.

Since May 2019, 8 DOST centers (Baku, Absheron, Barda, Nakhchivan), 4 DOST branches (Shusha, Tartar, Neftchala, Imishli), and 3 DOST offices (Zangilan, Kalbajar, Fuzuli) have been opened across the country.

Based on the DOST concept, which has received high recognition at the international level, 164 types of public social services are provided through a “one-stop shop” using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms designed around citizen satisfaction.
