Training program begins for Students’ Acceleration Program graduates

New professional development opportunities are being created for graduates of the Student’ Acceleration Program (TAP), implemented by the DOST Agency.

As the next step in this direction, a 40-hour certified banking training program has begun for young persons with disabilities.

The program is being implemented in partnership with the Azerbaijan Banks Association and organized by the Azerbaijan Banking and Finance Training Center. The training aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in banking and prepare them for professional careers in the field. Participants who successfully complete the training will receive certificates.

It should be noted that TAP, implemented by the DOST Agency in cooperation with local and international partners, aims to develop the professional potential of young persons with disabilities and support their integration into the labor market. Within the program, participants take part in soft skills training, mentoring and career support, as well as professional development activities tailored to their interests and potential.
