According to the calls to the Call Center 142, during the reporting period, the waiting time of citizens was 6 minutes 36 seconds, and the conversation time with citizens was 3 minutes 58 seconds.
During the special quarantine regime in the country due to a new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the average number of daily calls to the Call Center 142 increased four times compared to ordinary days. From January, February and March 20, 2020, the average number of calls to the Call Center 142 was 1,250, while during the quarantine period this number increased to 5,000.
